About Us
Kathleen and Zoe met in 2023 during Zoe’s last year of graduate school at her internship site in a virtual inpatient eating disorders facility where Kathleen was already working. Over the next several years, they worked as a team to best support and treat those suffering from eating disorders and comorbid diagnosis. Together they worked alongside other medical providers such as psychiatric nurse practitioners and created not only a strong professional partnership but a lasting friendship rooted in trust, compassion, and a shared passion for healing. Even as life led them to new opportunities, Zoe and Kathleen stayed connected both through their work and their friendship, continuously sharing ideas and strategies for how best to serve others.
In 2025, they took the next step, founding their own private practice. Through Stillwater Healing, they continue to share the same values and dedication that first brought them together, providing care to individuals, couples, and families in order help be a guide through distress and challenges.

Stillwater Healing provides a holistic approach to support clients who are dealing with eating disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, OCD, chronic pain, and other challenges. Stillwater also provides services to athletes, veterans, first responders, and caregivers. Stillwater Healing believes it takes a village when a person is on their healing journey, therefore, they place a strong emphasis on family involvement, the support of the loved ones who are seeking treatment, helping caregivers, conflict resolution, and providing psychoeducation to strengthen connections and bonds.

As a team they provide both mental health and dietitianal services, along with customizable packages, and Tabletop RPG (TTRPG) group therapy (coming soon). These groups will be hosted by Zoe Miniter (LMHC), Kathleen Reilly (MS, RDN, LDN), and Richard Miniter (MA).
